To facilitate the establishment of agricultural research and strengthen a network of regional and provincial partners, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) participated in the multilateral signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office III (DA-FRO III) on May 5, 2025, at Royce Hotel in Clark, Pampanga.

Following the needs assessment conducted by Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) for AGX Express Phils., Inc., the University, through its Training Services Office (TSO), will conduct a series of projects and activities as part of a newly formalized partnership launched at Widus Hotel, Clark, Pampanga on May 8, 2025.

To promote health awareness through real-time monitoring, four students of Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) presented an automated Body Mass Index (BMI) Calculator System during the Huddle, Analyze, Build, and Innovate (HABI) Design Thinking Workshop, held in celebration of the 2025 National Innovation Day (NID) at Novotel Manila Araneta City, Quezon City last April 28 to 30.

The Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through its Office for International Partnerships and Programs (OIPP), signed two Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) with Human Resource University (HRU) of Cambodia to establish a joint exchange program on international learning, language, and cultural exchange, with the signing ceremony held at Khan Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh, Cambodia last April 22 and 23, 2025.

To support the mental well-being of the 5th Fighter Wing pilots at Basa Air Base, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through its Counseling and Testing Center (CTC) and College of Social Sciences and Philosophy (CSSP), organized a Psychological First Aid session for 55 jet fighter pilots and 28 crew members at Basa Air Base, Floridablanca, Pampanga, on March 26, 2025.

To establish a comprehensive and inclusive training-extension program aimed at empowering Indigenous Peoples (IP) communities by promoting IP awareness and consciousness, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through its Training Services Office (TSO), signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) Region 3 on March 28, 2025, at the DHVSU Multipurpose Hall.
