In a move to enhance the knowledge and skills of cooperative members across the region, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), through its Training Services Office (TSO), signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) for the implementation of the Masterclass Program on Cooperative Development Management, held at Heroes Hall, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, on October 23, 2025.

The Code-Hearted Foxes from the College of Computing Studies (CCS) at Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) secured the overall first runner-up title at the Regional Assembly on Information Technology (RAITE) 2025, held at the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology on October 17, 2025.

To help build safer and healthier communities, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) forged a partnership with the Department of Education – Apalit District (DepEd Apalit) to implement Project PROTECT: Preparedness and Response Optimization through Education, Coordination, and Training, through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing held at the DepEd Apalit District Office in Apalit, Pampanga on October 10, 2025.

To explore potential areas of collaboration, the Development Academy of the Philippines – Graduate School of Public and Development Management (DAP-GSPDM) conducted an exploratory meeting and turnover of its knowledge products on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Futures Thinking with Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), through its Graduate School (GS), held at the University Hostel on October 21, 2025.

To evaluate the effectiveness of community extension projects through impact assessment, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), through its College of Computing Studies (CCS), strengthened its collaboration with Tarlac State University (TSU) through the virtual signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) held on October 21, 2025, via Zoom Meeting.

As part of its commitment to fostering a safe and secure digital environment, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), through its Occupational Safety and Health Office (OSHO), conducted a seminar on promoting digital safety held at the University Hostel on October 16, 2025.

The Civil Service Commission Regional Office III (CSC-ROIII) recognized Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) for attaining Maturity Level 2 under the Enhanced Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) during a courtesy visit held at the University Board Room on October 16, 2025.

Six delegates from Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) visited Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) on October 16, 2025, to gain insights into the University’s policies and guidelines on faculty institutional promotion. The benchmarking activity was held at the University Board Room Extension.

Student researchers from the College of Industrial Technology (CIT) of Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) bagged the Outstanding Student Creative Research for College (SIBOL) Award, earning a spot in the national level of the competition during the recently concluded Regional Invention Contest and Exhibits (RICE) 2025 – North Luzon Cluster held at the Philippine Science High School – Cagayan Valley Campus in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya on October 14 to 15, 2025.

As part of its goal to mainstream Gender and Development (GAD) policies, the Department of Budget and Management Region III (DBM R3) visited Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) for a benchmarking activity and the signing of the Statement of Shared Vision and Intent (SSVI) held at the University Board Room on October 13, 2025.

Following the recent bomb threat incidents in various schools in Pampanga, including Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), university officials held a consultative meeting with the Bacolor Municipal Police Station (BMPS) at the Board Room Extension on October 7, 2025.

Victory struck again as the Arnisadors of Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) clinched 13 medals and captured the overall champion title in the Senior Category of the 2025 Philippine Idol Arnis Open Championship, held at Robinsons Angeles in Angeles City, Pampanga on October 5, 2025.

The Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) students from the College of Engineering and Architecture of Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) earned top distinctions at the 3rd National Mechanical Engineering Students’ Conference (MESCON) 2025, held at The Tent, Villar City, Las Piñas, on September 16, 2025.

(SPAM, Inc.) 16th National Campus Media Conference (NCMC) and 3rd International Research Conference on Media and Community Development, held at Eurotel Hotel in Angeles City, Pampanga, on September 25 to 27, 2025.

To ensure adequate and effective management of records and archives, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), in partnership with the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP), conducted a seminar-workshop on Basic Records and Archives Management (BRAM) at the University Hostel on September 25, 2025.
